The 2026-2030 CWI Strategic Plan outlines the key priorities and recommendations of the Council for outcome-based, workforce development strategies that are data-driven and reflective of employer demands. It is the CWI's intention that this plan will lay the foundation for continuing enhancements that will benefit Wisconsin businesses and workers.
